A guitar solo is a passage, section or an entire piece of music written for classical guitar, Electric guitar, lead guitar, etc. There are many guitar solos played in the world, and different people have different taste and prefer different guitar solos over the other. We cannot say that one guitar solo is better than the other, it all depends on the person’s view and likes.

The eruption performed by Eddie Van Halen was popular in the seventies and eighties. Van Halen’s guitar has a unique sound produced by the tweaks made by him using the echo chamber. It is an instrumental rock solo. Van Halen was famous for the two hand tapping technique.
Hotel California is yet again one of the most favorite songs in the whole world. Even if you have never heard of the band Eagles, you would have heard the song Hotel California. The Hotel California was the title song of the band’s record in the year 1976. The Song Hotel California was awarded a Grammy award in the year 1078 for the best Record of the year. The song had many interpretations, and again it all depends on how we want to take it.
The song Comfortably Numb was sung by an English band named Pink Floyd. The song produced on the album The Wall, a debut album which sold many copies. David Gilmour, the guitarist, did an excellent job with the solo in the song. David played several solos and took all the best solos he played and mixed all of them.
November Rain is another song which still stays fresh in our minds. The song has hit many charts including the Billboard. Axl Rose wrote the Song and released in the year 1992. The song is quite long, but still, it never gets boring. It is the longest song ever to hit the top ten charts of Billboard.
Crazy Train is one of Ozzy Osborne’s best song. The Guitarist Randy Rhoads did a commendable job with the solo of this song. The solo was mostly in full minor chords which are usually never used in Heavy Metal Music.
Layla is a famous song written by Eric Clapton. The song is a blues rock genre. The song was not very popular in the beginning when it was released, but later on, when piano coda was included in the song and released it became an instant hit.
